Our Half Caff is a 50/50 blend of our Brazil and Swiss Water Process Decaf — both sourced from the same origin, so the cup is seamless from first sip to last. Both components come from the Cerrado Mineiro plateau of Minas Gerais, Brazil's first coffee region to earn a protected designation of origin. Over 4,500 growers farm the distinctive red clay soil the locals call Terra Roxa — iron-rich earth shaped by reliable seasonal rains, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters that together produce some of Brazil's most consistent, expressive coffee. The decaf half undergoes the Swiss Water Process before roasting — a patented, chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of the caffeine using only water, leaving the origin character intact. The result is a blend that delivers the full flavor profile of the Cerrado Mineiro at approximately half the caffeine of a standard roast.
